Ingredients

raw, un-roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds

unfortified nutritional yeast

fine sea salt

garlic powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, I use a small bullet one. Process until the mixture is like sand. Do not over-process, it becomes like a nut butter when it's over-processed.
